Step 3: Ship the Item – Package the item securely and return it to the address provided. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless it’s a case of a defect or incorrect item.
Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements.
